About Us
Mike DeGaetano brings over 30 years of HVAC industry experience across Upstate New York. He earned an Associate degree in Air Conditioning Engineering Technology from SUNY Canton and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology before beginning his career as an Application Engineer for a manufacturer’s representative. He later transitioned into a Sales Engineer role, where he spent 27 years building technical expertise and industry relationships before helping form Dynamic Product Solutions.
Mike specializes in developing engineered solutions for data centers, clean rooms, and other mission-critical environments. He grew up in the Syracuse area and has lived in Canandaigua with his wife for the past 30 years, where they raised their two sons.
Dan Connelly brings over 25 years of HVAC industry experience across Upstate New York. A graduate of Clarkson University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Dan began his career at a nuclear power plant before transitioning into HVAC sales engineering. Over the next 21 years, he built strong technical expertise and industry relationships throughout the Syracuse, Albany, and Northern New York markets before helping form Dynamic Product Solutions.
Dan's expertise spans precision cooling, data center cooling and power, custom air handling, and humidity control for complex commercial and mission-critical applications.
Patrick Amedro brings over 15 years of HVAC industry experience across Upstate New York. A graduate of Clarkson University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Patrick began his career as an Application Engineer for a manufacturer’s representative before transitioning into HVAC sales engineering. Over the next 8 years, he built strong technical expertise and industry relationships throughout the Syracuse and Northern New York markets before helping form Dynamic Product Solutions.
Patrick focuses on engineered solutions for data centers, precision cooling, custom air handling, humidity control, and clean room environments. He resides in Camillus with his wife and three children.
Lucas DeGaetano graduated from SUNY Canton in 2018 with an Associate degree in Air Conditioning Engineering Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. During college, he began his career in inside sales, building a strong technical foundation in HVAC systems and applications.
Lucas joined Dynamic Product Solutions in 2018 as an Inside Sales and Technical Support Specialist and was promoted to Sales Engineer in 2021. In his current role, he partners with engineers, contractors, and facility owners to develop engineered HVAC solutions for a wide range of commercial and specialized applications. Lucas grew up in Canandaigua and currently resides in Victor.
John Lombardo graduated from Monroe Community College’s HVAC Program in 2020 and brings hands-on experience in both residential and commercial HVAC systems and construction.
He joined Dynamic Product Solutions in 2021 as an Inside Sales and Technical Support Specialist and was promoted to Sales Engineer in 2025. Drawing on his hands-on HVAC experience, John works closely with customers to provide technical support, product application expertise, and customized solutions for projects across Upstate New York. A lifelong Rochester resident, John is a graduate of Aquinas Institute and currently lives in Rochester with his wife, son, and daughter.
Ryan McQuay graduated from Monroe Community College's HVAC Program in 2022 and began his career with one year of hands-on experience as a residential HVAC installer.
He joined Dynamic Product Solutions in 2023 as an Inside Sales and Technical Support Specialist, where he applies his field experience to assist customers, engineers, and contractors with product selection and application support for specialized HVAC systems.
A lifelong Rochester resident, Ryan graduated from Aquinas Institute in 2019 and currently resides in Webster.
Eric Raes graduated from Monroe Community College's HVAC Program in 2024 and began gaining industry experience while working part-time at Dynamic Product Solutions during his final semester.
After graduating, Eric joined DPS full-time as an Inside Sales and Technical Support Specialist, where he collaborates with the sales engineering team to provide technical support, prepare project solutions, and assist with product applications across a variety of specialized HVAC projects.
A lifelong Rochester resident, Eric graduated from Penfield High School in 2019 and currently resides Penfield.
