Mike DeGaetano has over 27 years of experience in the HVAC industry in Upstate New York.  After graduating from SUNY Canton with a associates degree in Air Conditioning Engineering Technology and a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology, Mike spent 4 years as an application engineer for a manufacturers rep. He then took on a Sales Engineer role, with the same company, covering the Upstate New York markets, growing his knowledge and relationships for 27 years before forming Dynamic Product Solutions.  His experience and education have led him to be an expert in Data Center Cooling and Power, Precision Cooling, Custom Air Handling, and Humidification / Dehumidification and Clean Room Systems.  Mike resides in Canandaigua with his wife and his son.

Dan Connelly has 21 years of experience in the HVAC industry in Upstate New York.  After graduating from Clarkson University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Dan worked at a nuclear power plant prior to becoming a Sales Engineer covering the Syracuse and Albany area and Northern NY markets, growing his knowledge and relationships for 21 years before forming Dynamic Product Solutions.  His experience and education have led him to be an expert in Precision Cooling, Data Center Cooling and Power, Custom Air Handling, and Humidification / Dehumidification.  Dan resides in Oswego with his daughter.

Val Fenti obtained his associates degree in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and bachelors degree in Math and Science at Elmira College. Val was with and became managing partner of a manufacturers rep where he was employed from 1969 until 2000. He was Marketing Director and Regional Manager for Air Enterprises from 2009-2017. Val has extensive experience and knowledge in the HVAC industry and has become an expert in Custom Air Handling, Precision Cooling, and Dehumidification / Humidification. Now a partner, with the newly formed rep firm Dynamic Product Solutions. Val resides in Canandaigua with his wife.

Patrick Amedro has over 11 years of experience in the HVAC industry in Upstate New York.  After graduating from Clarkson University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Patrick spent 3 years as an Application Engineer for a manufacturers rep. He then took on a Sales Engineer role, with the same company, covering the Syracuse and Northern NY markets, growing his knowledge and relationships for 8 years before forming Dynamic Product Solutions.  His experience and education have led him to be an expert in Data Center Cooling and Power, Precision Cooling, Custom Air Handling, Humidification / Dehumidification and Clean Room Systems.  Patrick resides in Camillus with his wife and two children.

Lucas DeGaetano graduated from SUNY Canton in the class of 2018 with his associates degree in Air Conditioning Engineering Technology and his bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.  He has worked at a sales rep firm as an application engineer for the past four summers and winters while on breaks from college. Lucas has just been brought on has a full time member of the team at Dynamic Product Solutions.

Lundy has over 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry and is using his knowledge and experience to help grow Dynamic Product Solutions. 

Lundy resides in Canandaigua, NY.

Trent Yule graduated from SUNY Canton in the class of 2018 with his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology Engineering.  Trent has recently joined the team at Dynamic Product Solutions as an application engineer. Trent is originally from Oswego, NY and he currently resides in Rochester, NY.

Bob Frischmann is a Clarkson University graduate who upon graduating was hired by Buffalo Forge; at Buffalo Forge Bob attended their extensive training program and worked in their engineering department.  He then went into field sales for the Buffalo NYC rep. While in field sales Bob was involved with power, pollution control, and chemical industries and received education in leading edge fan design for extreme conditions. Eventually Bob settled in Rochester due to family considerations and inherited the sales territory from a colleague who retired.
