About Us
Mike DeGaetano has over 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry in Upstate New York. After graduating from SUNY Canton with a associates degree in Air Conditioning Engineering Technology and a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology, Mike spent 4 years as an application engineer for a manufacturers rep. He then took on a Sales Engineer role, with the same company, covering the Upstate New York markets, growing his knowledge and relationships for 27 years before forming Dynamic Product Solutions. His experience and education have led him to be an expert in Data Center Cooling and Power, Precision Cooling, Custom Air Handling, and Humidification / Dehumidification and Clean Room Systems. Mike resides in Canandaigua with his wife.
Dan Connelly has 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry in Upstate New York. After graduating from Clarkson University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Dan worked at a nuclear power plant prior to becoming a Sales Engineer covering the Syracuse and Albany area and Northern NY markets, growing his knowledge and relationships for 21 years before forming Dynamic Product Solutions. His experience and education have led him to be an expert in Precision Cooling, Data Center Cooling and Power, Custom Air Handling, and Humidification / Dehumidification. Dan resides in Oswego with his daughter.
Patrick Amedro has over 15 years of experience in the HVAC industry in Upstate New York. After graduating from Clarkson University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Patrick spent 3 years as an Application Engineer for a manufacturers rep. He then took on a Sales Engineer role, with the same company, covering the Syracuse and Northern NY markets, growing his knowledge and relationships for 8 years before forming Dynamic Product Solutions. His experience and education have led him to be an expert in Data Center Cooling and Power, Precision Cooling, Custom Air Handling, Humidification / Dehumidification and Clean Room Systems. Patrick resides in Camillus with his wife and two children.
Lucas DeGaetano graduated from SUNY Canton in 2018 with an Associate degree in Air Conditioning Engineering Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. During college, he began his career in inside sales, building a strong technical foundation in HVAC systems and applications.
Lucas joined DPS in 2018 as an Inside Sales and Technical Support Specialist and was promoted to Sales Engineer in 2021. In his current role, he supports customers, engineers, and contractors with specialized HVAC solutions across Upstate New York.
John Lombardo graduated from Monroe Community College’s HVAC Program in 2020 and brings hands-on experience in both residential and commercial HVAC systems and construction.
He joined Dynamic Product Solutions in 2021 as an Inside Sales and Technical Support Specialist and was promoted to Sales Engineer in 2025. In his current role, John supports customers, engineers, and contractors with specialized HVAC solutions across Upstate New York.
A lifelong Rochester resident, John is a graduate of Aquinas Institute and currently lives in Rochester with his wife, son, and daughter.
Ryan McQuay graduated from the Monroe Community College HVAC Program in 2022. Ryan spent 1 year as a residential installer before joining the DPS team in 2023 as Inside Sales and Technical Support. He has been a lifelong resident of Rochester graduating from Aquinas Institute in 2019. Ryan currently resides in Rochester.
Eric Raes graduated from the Monroe Community College HVAC program in 2024. He is new to the field but has worked at Dynamic Product Solutions part time during his last semester in school. Eric recently joined the team in June of 2024 as a full-time employee at Dynamic Product Solutions as Inside Sales and Technical Support. He is a lifelong resident of Rochester, graduating from Penfield in 2019. Eric currently resides in the Rochester area.
