Wegmans Corporate Office Kitchen

Wegmans required a dedicated make-up air unit for the kitchen of a local corporate office. DPS furnished an AbsolutAire indirect-fired, make-up air unit for their solution. The 5,000 CFM unit brings in outdoor air and treats the air to the conditions desired for the kitchen area. This works in conjunction with an exhaust fan to continuously cycle the air in the kitchen, maintaining desired rate of change and conditions.
