 RGH - Sands Constellation Center for Critical Care. The new building will feature 23 multi-disciplinary operating rooms, 108 private acuity-adaptable patient rooms, 20 private post-partum rooms and 14 special care nursery rooms: Ten (10)  Buffalo Custom air handlers were chosen to provide 287,000 CFM of conditioned air to the space along with (3) Energy Recovery units reclaiming waster heat from 35,500 CFM building exhaust. The units are 3” double wall all aluminum Hygienic construction operating up to 10” TSP, with casing leakage below 1/2% at 1.5X operating static pressure. Dynamic Product Solutions also provided Accutrol Airflow Control Valves and Aerofin coils.
